House Blend Series
Our Honey Bourbon releases this Saturday, August 26! Honey Bourbon is the third release in our House Blend Series. The House Blend Series feature the iconic 1914 home of the Hayner family. Today it is known as the Troy-Hayner Cultural Center.
The House Blend Series is all about creating exciting blends and finishes with our award winning Hayner whiskey.
Hayner collaborated with Timber Ridge Honey in Willoughby, Ohio to create our Honey Bourbon. Timber Ridge placed their honey in one of our empty barrels to soak up the whiskey flavors. The barrel was then returned to Hayner, dripping with honey, and we placed a 6 year Bourbon in the barrel for 3 months. The bourbon is bottled at cask strength 116 Proof, but the sugars cut the heat and the slight honey note at the end provides an incredible finish.
Honey Bourbon is a 6 year old bourbon distilled and aged at Bardstown Bourbon Company in Bardstown, Kentucky. The mash bill is 78% corn, 10% rye and 12% barley.

Honey Bourbon is only available at our bottle shop at 619 Lincoln Ave in Troy, Ohio. We are open every Saturday from 12 - 3 pm.
House Blend Series
Our House Blend Series takes our award winning Bourbon and Rye whiskeys and adds creative blends and finishes to the whiskey. Honey Rye was released June 10, 2023. It was followed by Maple Rye in July, Honey Bourbon in August and finally Maple Bourbon in October.
