DESCRIPTION

They are often refereed to as Honey Barrels.  Barrels of whiskey so good, they stand on their own merit and should not be blended or proofed down. When we sampled these two barrels, we knew we had two elusive Honey Barrels.

Hayner Barrel Proof Rye is a 7.5 year Double Barreled 95% Rye whiskey. The 7.5 Year Rye is in our "signature barrel".  We invite guests to bottle their own Rye direct from the barrel (see video below), and then sign the barrel which will be raffled to one lucky signer (when empty of course).

After filling your own bottle you're welcome to cork, label and date the bottle.

Hayner is completely transparent with the sources of all our whiskey.  Our rye barrels are sourced from MGP in Lawrenceburg, Indiana.  The mash bill is 95% Rye and 5% Barley. 

​

The 7.5 year Rye is 110 proof.

Hayner Barrel proof Rye is available at our distillery in Troy, Ohio AND it is available at Needler's State Liquor store at 982 N market in Troy, Ohio.
